Ibegbulem Matriculates at Baze University for Law Degree

Dr. Hilary Obi Ibegbulem, a distinguished academic Juggernaut and professional, today took his matriculation oath at the 15th Matriculation Ceremony of Baze University, Abuja, for the 2023/2024 academic year. He holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Economics from Delta State University, Abraka, where he also earned his Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Business Management. Additionally, he completed his Master’s degree in Economics at Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka.
